The loyalty program operates in accordance with the terms and conditions (hereinafter – "Program Rules") set forth below, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- 1. Participation in the Privilege Program is free of charge and open to everyone who possesses the legal capacity to agree to the Program Rules.
- 2. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Program Rules and other information to ensure a proper understanding of their rights, obligations, and status within the loyalty program.
- 3. Only individuals are eligible to participate in the loyalty program. Loyalty program participant status is individual and cannot be combined with the status of third parties.
- 4. Information regarding the Loyalty Program will be sent to Participants at the email address currently listed in the Participant's profile or by telephone.
- 5. A Participant may cancel participation in the loyalty program at any time by sending a request to the clinic's email or by contacting the Reservation Department directly.
- 6. The Clinic may refuse registration in the Loyalty Program to any applicant at its sole discretion and without written notice.
- 7. The Loyalty Program Rules may be changed by the Clinic at any time unilaterally, with mandatory publication of the changes on the Website. The Clinic also has the right to additionally inform Participants of changes to the Rules via telephone and/or by sending an electronic message, an email, or by other means provided for by the Program Rules.
- 8. The Clinic may terminate the Loyalty Program and any individual active program by providing all active Loyalty Program Participants with one month's notice. At its own discretion, the Clinic may replace any of the existing programs or the Loyalty Program with a similar Loyalty Program at any time immediately upon notifying active Loyalty Program Participants.
- 9. All privileges are provided subject to availability and may be changed by the Clinic at any time without notice.
- 10. Privileges apply only to stays at the corresponding eligible rates and are valid only for Program Participants and the room in which the elite-level Participant resides.
- 11. In the event that a Participant books multiple rooms, elite privileges apply to only one room; the Participant's discount applies to all rooms booked by them (only if the Participant arrives in person as part of the group).
- 12. To achieve or renew an elite level, only stays at the clinic completed by the elite-status Participant in person are considered. The stay in the clinic may be paid for by a third party.
- 13. To confirm elite status, the Participant must check into the clinic for a program within three years of the date of their last stay.
- 14. The loyalty status discount is provided based on the open rate for the selected program and does not apply to special rates and offers.
- 15. The welcome gift upon check-in is determined at the discretion of the Clinic.
- 16. A room category upgrade is possible if there is a sufficient number of available rooms and is determined on an individual basis. The Clinic has the right to refuse an upgrade during high occupancy even if vacant rooms are available.
- 17. Priority booking is provided during high occupancy conditions at the Clinic or when room sales are completely closed to anyone other than elite-level participants.

For this purpose, we have prepared special conditions for children:
- Children under 1 year old — free meals and accommodation.
- Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) — free accommodation.
- Children under 12 years old receive a 30% discount* on additional therapeutic and diagnostic services (excluding pediatric massage and pediatrician consultations).
