Clinic buildings are located in a pine forest and occupy the territory of 14.5 hectares (35.8 acres). These are twelve two-story buildings, nine of which are residential, and the other three are medical.

Each room has a bathroom, an infrared sauna, and a treatment room, which makes it possible to carry out the majority of procedures in the same place. Rooms for two people have an additional toilet or two bathrooms. Each room has the amenities of a 5-star hotel.
Kivach clinic location
The clinic is located in the Republic of Karelia, 50 km away from its capital – Petrozavodsk, right by the lake. The distance from the city, pine forest, and proximity to one of the cleanest lakes in the republic make it the perfect place for treating and preventing diseases. It is no coincidence that in the times of the Soviet Union, this place was a balneological resort.
Pines growing among the clinic buildings disinfect the air by giving off phytoncides. When oxidizing, pine essential oils emit ozone, which has important therapeutic properties.
The climate is continental. Winters are mild, and summers are warm and comfortable, without sweltering heat outside. The air is clear due to the absence of any industrial objects nearby. Radiation levels are within normal limits.
