Contraindications
Contraindications to the endoecological rehabilitation:
- Cardiovascular diseases: ciliary arrhythmia, paroxysmal tachycardia with frequent attacks, circulatory insufficiency stage III-IV, uncontrolled arterial hypertension, crisis course of hypertension, cardiomyopathy, complete atrioventricular block with heart rate less than 50 in1 min, the presence of attacks of Morgagni -Adams-Stokes equations.
- Diseases of the respiratory system: all diseases in the acute period; attacj period of bronchial asthma, respiratory insufficiency of 3rd stage; decompensated heart lung, hormone-dependent bronchial asthma.
- Diseases of the digestive system: all gastrointestinal tract diseases during exacerbation, cirrhosis of the liver with signs of portal hypertension, liver failure, autoimmune hepatitis, nonspecific ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis intestine.
- Endocrine diseases: diabetes mellitus (pernicious, the state of decompensation), insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, diffuse toxic goiter (hyperthyroidism).
- Diseases of the musculoskeletal system:systemic skeletal diseases, limiting self-service and self-movement of the patient.
- Psycho-neurological diseases: stroke, intractable convulsive attacks and their equivalents; psychopathy, epilepsy, manic-depressive syndrome, a pathological development of personality with distinct disorders of behavior and social adaptation, multiple sclerosis, lateral amyotrophic sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, myopathy.
- Diseases of urinary system: : chronic renal insufficiency stages III-IV, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis with nephrotic and mixed syndrome.
- Hematologic diseases: leukemia, lymphogranulomatosis, hemophilia, T-cell lymphoma, myelomatosis, anemia of moderate and severe degrees of severity.
- Systemic autoimmune diseases: : systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic scleroderma, systemic vaskulitis - in the period of hormonal and cytostatic therapy.
- Cholelithiasis and urolithiasis (individually).
- Pregnancy.
- Tuberculosis.
- After the surgery to 6 months.
- Cancer.
- Acute viral hepatitis.
- Sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea)
- Chronic viral hepatitis with the degree of activity - the average and high.
- Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. (HIV, AIDS)
- Drug abuse.
